  1. Determine pricing – All quoted prices are for standard 72-hour turnaround. For estimates not covered below, call Amy at (574) 282-2119 or e-mail aelliott@proof-it-write.com.

       1-500 words - $15.00
       501-1000 words - $22.00
       1,001-1,500 words - $29.00
       1,501-2,000 words - $36.00
    B. College application essays - $45.00
    C. Résumés - $45.00
    D. Cover letters - $45.00
    E. Express turnaround
       48-hour turnaround - add $5.00
       24-hour turnaround - add $10.00
     
  2. Calculate introductory discount – Take 50% off the price of your first project.
     
  3. Make payment – Please pay by cash, check, or Academic EditingPayPal before your document is edited. Checks should be made out to Proof-It, Amy Elliott. Be sure to allow time for this step.
     
  4. Submit your document – E-mail your document in Microsoft Word format attached to an e-mail to aelliott@proof-it-write.com. Please include your deadline and word count in the e-mail.
     
  5. Receive confirmation by e-mail –If you do not receive e-mail or phone confirmation that we have received your document, please check with us.
     
  6. Receive your edited document - We edit your document for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and usage, providing you with a corrected, polished document. In addition, if you request a “tracked changes” copy of your document at the time of submission, we’ll provide it free of charge. (The “tracked changes” copy allows you to see the changes we have made.)
     
  7. Free revisions – If you need revisions for any reason, we will provide them AT NO EXTRA CHARGE (within the scope of the original project).
